T2W2:Healthy Eating

Usually I have to eat some fruits and vegetable.Not to forget, don't eat to much oily food.Foods adults and children like to eat is sweets,chocolate, carbonated drinks and many more.It is important to eat healthily because you will not be so tired very quickly when you only run in a short distance.Some diseases that are associated with eating unhealthy foods is high blood, diabetes and many more.To be healthy and strong.I only like fruits,vegetables not so much.I like fruits because it is sweet at the same time healthy tooI do not like vegetables because some of them taste really funny.Yes because it can help your health.The activity is whoever eat the most fruits or vegetables in a week, they will get reward.

T2W1:Earth Hour







I think Earth Hour is when we turn off all the lights for an hour to save energy.It is held on 28th of March this year.They are organizing this event to prevent global warming.They will be turning off the lights in their house and use a candle instead.We could create a little party and when the Earth Hour ends we would start the little party that we had created.The other problems the earth is facing is pollution.We could reduce the litter out in the sea and reduce oil pollution.Here are some pictures about Earth Hour.
